The article analyzes the Lithuanian wastewater treatment plants, which possibly worsen the ecological condition of 15 rivers. It has been estimated the emission (BOD₇, P_t, N_t) concentrations, which in effect will not exceed the permissible rivers. According to estimates, all these treatment plants should be subject to more stringent requirements.
