The Proceedings include 275 abstracts and articles were selected from 16 countries authored by leading foreign and Lithuanian researchers who were in attendance at this international conference. The Proceedings contain the selected papers from six sections:

1. Environmental Protection;

2. Water Engineering;

3. Sustainable Urban Development;

4. Roads and Railways;

5. Technologies of Geodesy and Cadastre;

6. Energy for Buildings.

All papers were reviewed by the members of the scientific committee.
