International Vilnius Airport is the main international airport in Lithuania with permanent luggage storage, currency exchange at the arrival hall, cafés and 2 airport hotels nearby. The city you may reach by bus or taxi. From the Vilnius Airport (stop "Oro uostas") express bus line No 3G (http://stops.lt/vilnius/#expressbus/3g/b-a/2613/en in approx 26 min will take you to Vilnius center stop "Europos aikštė" (in the other side of the road you will see the Best Western Vilnius Hotel). Taxi will take you to the city centre.

Vilnius Railway Station

From the Railway Station (stop "Stotis") express bus line No 1G (http://stops.lt/vilnius/#expressbus/1g/a-b/0530l/28 in approx 13 min will take you to Vilnius center stop "Žaliasis tiltas". Ask the driver for a single ticket. Then cross the street and walk for about 2 minutes to reach the Best Western Vilnius Hotel. Taxi will take you to the city centre.

It is better to choose the train via Warsaw to avoid crossing Belarus, because in this case Byelorussian transit visa is required.
As the Vilnius Bus Station is close to the Railway Station, please look above for the instructions of arrival. Passport, Visa
Please carefully check passport and visa regulations for travel to Lithuania. The official invitations will be prepared by Secretary or Chairman of your section upon such request.
Social Programme
The organisers will prepare several social events during the Conference. The conference dinner will be organised for the participants in the evening of the first day of the Conference. Excursion and other sightseeing activities will be organised. Detailed social programme will be announced later.
